5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any cancelled order will be refunded in full through the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 5,000. Orders below this threshold may incur delivery charges. Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered. Please note that sale items and customized products may not be eligible for return.
